Art of the Devil 2 is about a group of friends who decide to put a curse on acouple of their teachers. One of their teachers dies a very horrible death involving fish hooks, which is actually the opening scene, and the other....well...she is still alive. She was only hurt very badly, and she wants her revenge. So, since she is one of the friends step mom they go up to visit her, but after one of them put acurse on her, she has know put a curse on them. Weird things begin happening to this group of friends and eventually some of them start dying off, but will the teacher find who cursed her and will she get her final revenge? Or will she be stopped?
Art of the Devil 2, although I am not familiar with the first (if any), was just an okay movie really. The only reason I'm giving it the score I am is because of the few kewl gore scenes and the ending was good, plus the movie was interesting. But the things that I didn't like about this movie were the very very bad dubbing and the story just really didn't interest me. Plus there are only a few gore scenes, which I heard this was like a gore film on top of everyone's list or whatever, but its really not that gory. It has its moments but tahts about it.

The acting is of course pretty bad, but the thing that saved it was wanting to see these kids die. Mostly because their dubbed voices were so annoying they made the characters annoying and just like a slasher flick you didn't care about them and wanted to see them go....I'm not a sick person, I'm just saying I didn't care for them.

This is an asian horror film so its going to be a little weird, and it is, and I'm not going to lie its pretty original from what I've seen or know about. The gore scenes are pretty good, although qutie fake at times, and some of the gore is just pretty gross, to some (not me :P). Then there is the story before, like why they did thecurse, that was actually pretty interesting and somewhat disturbing-ish at points, which was good.

Overall, this isn't a terrible movie but I just didn't really care for it. But I did like the gore, or what was there, and the end and the leading up to the revenge parts with the friends doing thecurse and what not. I would still say check this movie out if your a fan of asian horror cinema, otherwise stay away from it. But, I'll give Art of theDevil 2 a 5/10!!!!!
